Oven-fried Italian Chicken

This recipe comes under the category of Maximum Taste from the Minimum Ingredients.
A very easy to make Italian Chicken recipe that does not require any exotic or expensive ingredients and since its an oven-baked recipe, its saves a lot of time too......
This dish can be made with both bone-in and boneless chicken. I always found bone-in chicken, with skin removed, comes out more juicer and tender as compared to the boneless.

  • 4-5 Chicken Breasts {Bone-in and skin removed}

  • 3 large Eggs

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup dry Italian Bread crumbs, i use homemade bread crumbs.

  • 1/4 cup Italian Salad dressing

  • 1/4 cup Butter

  1. Beat eggs with salt and black pepper and transfer into a large vessel.

  2. Wash chicken and pat dry. Dip chicken into eggs and leave for an hour.

  3. Combine cheese and bread crumbs. Coat chicken thoroughly with the crumb mixture.

  4. Place on a greased baking sheet. Drizzle with salad dressing and place pats of butter on each piece of chicken.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

  6. Serve with Caesar Salad and Garlic bread.

Good chefs always taste their recipe......Go ahead....and say WOW!!!!
