This is another quick, easy, delicious weeknight dish ! Minimum ingredients & spicy flavour really goes well with healthy Broccoli. Broccoli is very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Protein, Vitamin E, Calcium, Iron, & Magnesium and a very good source of Dietry Fiber. It also contains multiple nutrients with potent anti-cancer properties. Here i am making use of Chili flakes to spice up bland broccoli.
